NPC Bikini Athlete | Masters Division

My name is Rebecca Shaffer , I am a  devoted Christian, Mom and Wife.  I am a Texas real estate agent and have multiple training and nutrition certifications also. I began competing in NPC Bikini at the 2016 Las Vegas Classic, placing 1st in 35+ Masters and fell in love with the process. Since 2019 I have been self coached and went on to achieve an Overall in 40+ Masters Bikini at the NPC/IFBB San Antonio Classic in 2022.I’ve only done Nationals once and fell short of placing. I feel ready and reset after 3 years away and am excited to give it another fighting chance. I’m a natural athlete that chooses to compete NPC because I like a steep class and challenge. It’s tough for us natty athletes up there, but the relentless ones show up to win!

My name is Mark and l've been into fitness and bodybuilding for as long as I can remember. It's taught me discipline, patience, and that there is no substitute for hard work. It has shaped me as a person and given me a mindset of always giving it my all that I bring to all aspects of life. And most importantly I've met some of my closest friends in the gym and created bonds that I cherish. Fitness has brought so much positivity to my life and I strive to pay it forward by always being available to help others in their fitness journeys in and out of the gym. My hope is to help FIxRx reach more people in support of their fitness journey and help them achieve their goals.

I got into fitness because a friend invited me to the gym — and from that moment, I was hooked. Bodybuilding became more than a hobby; it became a way to push my limits, strengthen my mind, and build discipline through every challenge.

I’ve faced setbacks that tested my faith and determination, but I’ve learned that true strength comes from within — from consistency, perseverance, and believing that God always has a purpose in the process.

As an athlete ambassador, my mission is to inspire others to train with heart, live with purpose, and never give up on the vision God placed inside them.
